Job summary

77 consultants is seeking an Associate-level Urology physician for an on-site, full-time role to deliver high-quality urological care in a professional medical practice setting.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of urological conditions, collaborating with the clinical team, and ensuring compliant medical records. The position emphasizes clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of a residency in Urology.
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in New Jersey or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose urological conditions in adult patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform clinical examinations, procedures, and surgical interventions as appropriate.
• Manage chronic urological conditions including prostate, bladder, kidney, and urinary tract disorders.
• Collaborate with primary care physicians, specialists, and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation and medical records.
• Provide patient education and counseling on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development.
• Adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and institutional standards of medical practice.
• Stay current with advances in urology through continuing medical education and research.
