Curative is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed practice in a Midwest suburb. You will step into immediate patient demand with a strong referral network and dedicated robotic access using a Da Vinci XI platform, balancing clinic, procedures, and OR time.

The four-day workweek option provides a predictable schedule and a high quality of life. Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary of $700,000 plus RVU incentives, a $100,000 sign-on, paid time

Qualifications

• Board certification status in Urology required or eligible.
• Experience with robotic-assisted urology procedures.
• Must be eligible to practice in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Manage a broad range of general urology cases and procedures.
• Balance clinic, procedures, and OR time with block scheduling.
• Collaborate with regional urology group and employed physicians.
