Job summary

Kidney in a Midwest suburb is seeking a urologist to join a hospital-employed practice and take over a busy patient base with strong regional referrals and a dedicated Da Vinci XI robot.

The position offers a four-day work week, a $700,000 base salary plus RVU incentives, a $100,000 sign-on, 5–6 weeks of paid time off, CME allowance, and a full benefits package including malpractice coverage and retirement match.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Comfortable managing a broad range of general urology cases and procedures
• Must be eligible to practice in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Join a hospital-employed urology practice and take over a busy patient base
• Operate with a Da Vinci XI robot and dedicated OR access
• Maintain a four-day work week with weekday clinic hours and block scheduling
