Job summary

Banner Health's Banner - University Medical Group in Central Phoenix seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (ACNP or PA) to join the Urology team. This academic, inpatient-outpatient role supports development of the Department of Urology and collaborates with urologists and interdisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in Urology, Arizona ACNP/PA license or eligibility, board certification, DEA, BLS, CPR, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as an RN or APP in a Urology setting.
• Current Arizona ACNP or PA license (or eligibility).
• Board Certification as PA or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
• DEA license, BLS and CPR certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient rounding and consults with urology team.
• Performing urologic procedures and interpreting tests.
• Prescribing medications and educating patients.
• Clinical documentation and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Supporting research and academic initiatives.
