Banner University Medical Group in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA/ACNP) to join our Urology team in a collaborative academic environment. This role centers on inpatient care with opportunities for outpatient services and academic development.
As an APP, you will perform inpatient rounding, participate in urologic procedures, interpret tests, prescribe medications, educate patients, document care, and collaborate with Urologists while supporting research
Competenze
- 1+ year of experience as an RN or APP in a Urology setting.
- Current Arizona PA license (or eligibility).
- Board Certification as a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
- DEA license, BLS, and CPR certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Mansioni
- Inpatient rounding and consults.
- Engage in outpatient services and academic development.
- Perform urologic procedures (e.g., catheter placements).
- Interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
- Patient education and clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with Urologists and interdisciplinary teams.
- Support research and academic initiatives.
