Location: Centrally located to Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis.

About the Job:

• Full Time, Permanent position
• Join a collegial, turnkey practice with other BC Urologists and dedicated Advanced Practice Providers, covering hospital consults
• Exceptional earning potential with a competitive starting salary and uncapped RVU bonuses
• True General Urology practice with an emphasis on supporting a healthy work-life balance
• Full spectrum of Urology available, but not required
• Support from Urogynecology, Interventional Radiology, Nephrology, Hospitalists, Intensivists, and two Da-Vinci XI robots (optional)
• Opportunities for academic and research affiliations with the nation's first medical school focused on healthcare and engineering
• Call is 1:5, covering only one ER at the primary location
• Surgical procedures mainly at the main hospital, with some at a newly-built facility
• Hospital Details: Magnet-designated, 453-bed Level I Trauma Center, Level III Perinatal Services, recognized as one of America's 50 Best Hospitals by Healthgrades
