• BLS and DEA required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general urology care in clinic and on call.

• Assignment Dates: Starting October 13, ongoing 3-6 months - Specific dates: 10/13-17, 10/20-25, 10/27-31, 11/3-7, 11/17-21, 11/24-28 - Additional coverage starting week of December 15
• Minimum commitment: 3 months
• Minimum shifts: 5-6 days of call plus clinic per month
• Clinic: Monday Friday, 8a 4p
• Call: 24 hours (7a 7a), night call from 5p 7a
