Job Opening: Locum Urologist in Silverdale, WA

Summary: We are seeking a full-time, board-certified Urologist for a locum tenens position in Silverdale, Washington, to provide coverage for a busy practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for general urology and be comfortable handling a variety of cases in both clinic and hospital settings. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with state-of-the-art equipment, including robotic assistance in surgery. Responsibilities:

• Provide general urology care in a clinical and hospital setting.
• Perform procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsies, TURP, and robotic surgeries.
• Adhere to a schedule that includes patient consultations and hospital rounds as needed.
• Manage 20-25 patients daily and perform 20-30 surgeries monthly.
• Participate in hospital call responsibilities (approximately 5-6 days/month).
• Engage with support staff to ensure efficient operation and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active Washington State Medical License (WA IMLC).
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to quality patient care.

Licensure and Certification Requirements:

• Active WA State Medical License (required).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (required).
• BLS Certification (required).
