• Large, integrated health system serving a population of 180,000
• 126-bed, full-service hospital with state-of-the-art emergency, inpatient, and outpatient care
• Only one other full-time urologist in the service area
• Manage all routine, cancer, and robotic cases
• Facilities include 5 ORs with daVinci Xi Robot, 3 exam rooms, a procedure room, and additional equipment
• Call schedule of 7 days per month, covering one hospital; additional call is compensated
• Compensation package exceeds $600K, including a $50K sign-on and retention bonus, $15K relocation, and production & quality bonuses
• Paid malpractice including tail coverage, 30 days PTO, 7 holidays, 2 personal days, and 5 days paid CME
