The Position:

1. General urology
2. Monday-Friday schedule
3. One week of call every 7 weeks, with no clinic work during this week; call is extremely light
4. State-of-the-art, modern hospital and brand-new clinic
5. Access to 2 da Vinci robots
6. J1/H1b visa eligibility

Compensation Highlights:

1. $550K annual salary with expected wRVUs of $100K+, and a guaranteed $650K salary for the first year
2. $50K sign-on bonus plus a choice of a $75K residency stipend or loan repayment assistance
3. Excellent benefits including health, malpractice insurance, retirement plans, CME allowance, etc.
4. 6 weeks of PTO
