EAST TENNESSEE METRO UROLOGY POSITION

Build Your Own Legacy: Rebuilding a Once-Thriving Urology Service Line

• Rebuilding a Once-Robust Urology Service Line
• Busy Day 1 with Full-day Surgery Blocks
• Good Patient Panel & Payor Mix
• Dedicated Cystoscopy Room
• Top-tier Surgical Team & RNP in Clinic
• Board Certified or Eligible Required
• Live in Knoxville or the Suburbs

Compensation Plan:

• $550,000+ Base Salary PLUS Production & NO CAP!
• Up to $90,000 in Commencement, Relocation, Loan & Quality Bonuses
• Additional $15,000 for Mid-level Oversight
• Additional $5,000 for CME & Licensure
• 1:3 Call, Paid for Additional Call (if desired)
• Resident Stipend Available
• Full Benefits, Retirement, Malpractice & Tail Coverage
• No State Income Tax & Low Property Taxes
