We are seeking a Urology physician to join our hospital, where we prioritize the well-being of our physicians and the quality care of our patients. Our practice is dedicated to supporting your success and facilitating professional growth with autonomy. Schedule:

1. Opportunity to cultivate your practice within an established framework
2. Providers have autonomy in determining workload and can opt for a 4 or 4.5-day workweek
3. Dedicated block schedule for the OR — 5 ORs (including 1 OR specific to Urology)

• Our hospital group for Urology includes 4 Urologists and 1 APP — plenty of room to grow

• Da Vinci XI Robot and pain anesthesiologist on staff

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total compensation potential could reach the 90th percentile
• $565,000 salary with a $100,000 sign-on bonus
