Urologist Opportunity in Hagerstown, MD - Half a Million Dollar Sign-On Bonus!

Join a Urology team at a 306-bed Level 3 trauma center, handling over 70,000 ED visits annually. This facility is on track to expand to a Level 2 trauma center within the next two years, providing a dynamic and growing environment for healthcare professionals!

Practice Setting:

• Become part of a collaborative team of 7 urology providers, including 4 Urologists and 2 APPs
• Work in a fully equipped clinic with 14 exam rooms, an ASC, and direct access to lab, imaging, and ultrasound services
• Enjoy a patient base eager for care, with 600 patients awaiting follow-ups and minimal competition in the area

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexible clinic and surgery scheduling
  • Average 3-4 days per week in the clinic and 1-2 days in the hospital
  • Call coverage is a 1:4 rotation

Compensation and Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary of $600,000, with bonus structure transitioning after
  • $500,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $50,000
