Urology opening in Fargo, ND

Service area: 180,000

Position Details:

1. Seeking highly motivated clinician with a desire to grow the Urology practice and service line.
2. Self-starter who possesses a desire for personal and professional growth.
3. Join 2 Urologists currently in practice, along with 3 NPs and 1 PA.
4. Built-in referral pattern from a large health system: regional service area includes 25 clinics & 5 hospitals.
5. Dedicated block time for procedures.
6. Equipment includes Da Vinci Robot, 120 Watt Holmium Laser, Rezum Therapy, UroNav, and Urodynamics.
7. Hospitalist service manages admissions.
8. On-call: 1:3 weekdays.
9. Clinic schedule: 10-16 patients per day, Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm.
10. Compensation includes a competitive salary, sign-on bonus, and retention bonus.
11. Approximately 1-4 in-patients per day.
12. Relocation package and benefits included.
13. Vacation: 4 weeks; CME: 10 days.
14. State with tort reform.
15. No buy-in, no malpractice costs, no overhead, no seniority issues.
16. Facilities are certified as HIMSS EMRAM Level 7 for both inpatient and outpatient care.
17. Candidate requirements: BC/BE in Urology.
