Job description

We are seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join an established group of Urologists to meet the tremendous growth in patient volume. This opening is in South Central Kentucky, just an hour north of Nashville, TN. Excellent salary and full benefit package are included.

Practice Information:

1. This is a multi-specialty medical group entirely owned by physicians, with nearly 200 physician and clinical providers. In 2017, we saw 620,000 outpatient visits.
2. Practice location: South Central Kentucky, just north of Nashville, TN.
3. The Urology Department consists of 4 Urologists and 2 ARNPs.
4. Current call schedule: 1:4.
5. Urology Department has Ambulatory Surgery Center Accreditation.
6. Utilizes Robotic Surgery with the da Vinci Surgical System.
7. Planning to construct a Radiation Oncology Center.
8. Compensation includes Income Guarantee, production bonus, and an excellent fringe benefits package. Physicians are eligible to become shareholders of the medical group after the first year.
9. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system used: AllScripts.
10. The hospital has recently built a new Ambulatory Surgery Center in partnership with us.
