Role Requirements:

• Urologist MD or DO for outpatient and inpatient care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Must possess or be able to obtain a Florida Medical License
• Call coverage: 1:5
• Office locations include:
  • 14547 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Suite D, Tampa, FL 33613
  • 7760 Curley Road, Suite 203, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545 (open Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
• Ages treated: 18 years and up
