• Collegial staff of Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and Advanced Practice Providers

• Hospital operating room located 0.5 mile from the clinic

• Robust practice with strong provider-patient relationships and existing volume for quick ramp-up
• Built-in referral network of seven hospitals and 160 outpatient and primary care clinics
