Qualifications

• Requires WA PA licensure in good standing.
• Board-certified or board-eligible PA.
• Ability to perform required clinical skills for PA/NP.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care within standard of care for Urology patients.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans.
• Conduct patient assessments: history, exams, tests.
• Prescribe pharmaceuticals and treatments as appropriate.
• Order labs and diagnostics; refer to specialists as needed.
• Analyze results and propose treatment options.
• Discuss medication side effects and allergy info with patients.
• Advise on lifestyle and diet changes to improve health.
• Coordinate patient care with nursing and support staff.
• Adhere to policies, safety, and quality standards.
