Spencer Britt in Pullman, WA seeks an APRN to join a busy Urology team. The role supports patient care from assessment to treatment, with Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule. You will collaborate with physicians to develop plans and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Maintain NP or PA licensure in good standing in Washington.
• Board certified or board eligible NP or PA.
• Demonstrates ability to perform required NP/PA technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care within standard of care for Urology patients.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments including history and exams.
• Prescribe pharmaceuticals and treatment regimens.
• Order labs and refer to specialists as appropriate.
• Analyze reports and tests to diagnose conditions and propose options.
• Discuss side effects and ensure up-to-date allergy information.
• Direct and coordinate care activities of nursing and support staff.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and safety standards.
