Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to work in collaboration with licensed physicians to assess patients, perform advanced exams, and initiate the therapeutic plan as part of a cardiology-focused setting.

The role requires NP/PA program graduation, board certification/licensure, and a current BLS certificate. Travel to off-site locations may be involved, and ongoing professional development is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• AANP or ANCC/NCCPA board certification/licensure required.
• Two years of NP/PA experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients via interview, history, physical exam and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with licensed physicians to perform tests and interpret data.
• Explain procedures, discuss risks, and assist in developing the plan of care.
• Document assessments and plan of care per standards.
• Provide emergency care including BLS/CPR and ACLS when needed.
• May teach students and residents in complex cardiology procedures.
• May provide care at off-site locations and travel locally.
