Job summary

Unio Health Partners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA-C) for an on-site role at 11770 Bernardo Plz Ct, Suite 270. The NP/PA will evaluate patients, manage care under physician supervision, and collaborate with the medical team.

Requirements include an NP or PA-C license, a master’s degree, BLS/CPR, and 2–5 years of AP experience in a clinical setting, with Urology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA-C license required.
• Master's degree in nursing or physician assistant program.
• Urology experience required.
• Current BLS and CPR certification required.
• 2–5 years of AP Provider experience in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and perform an appropriate physical exam in a medical office setting.
• Interpret data and determine management of patients in collaboration with a physician.
• Prescribe, recommend, and regulate pharmacologic medicine.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.
