Job summary

HealthOp Solutions seeks a Urology NP/PA to join a dynamic practice serving Phoenix and West Valley patients. This role blends outpatient clinic care with hospital-based experience, offering mentorship and hands-on procedural training in a collaborative environment.

Flexible full-time scheduling with 4x10 or 5x8 options, no weekend clinic hours, and RVU-based bonus eligibility after year one. Ideal for experienced providers or new graduates pursuing urology specialization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• Active AZ NP/PA license or eligibility.
• DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage a broad spectrum of urologic conditions in clinic and hospital.
• Assist with in-office urologic procedures under physician mentorship.
• Perform inpatient rounds and coordinate care across settings.
• Administer intravesical therapies and support bladder treatment protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and coordinate patient care.
