Job summary

Medlinkhealth Anesthesia Associates is seeking an experienced Urology NP or PA to provide locum coverage in both hospital and outpatient clinic settings. You will evaluate patients for surgical procedures, perform cystoscopies, assist in the operating room, and manage common urologic conditions.

The role includes adult patients, approximately 18 per day, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours, using Epic EMR in both settings.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State license required at submission.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NP preferred for independent practice.
• PA candidates with surgical experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work up and evaluate patients for surgical procedures.
• Perform cystoscopies and in-office urology procedures.
• Assist with surgeries and operating room procedures.
• Diagnose and treat common urological conditions.
• Manage kidney stone patients.
• Diagnose and treat erectile dysfunction.
• Manage male incontinence.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient urology care.
• Surgical PAs may assist with surgeries and hospital rounding.
• Non-surgical PAs may primarily provide clinic-based care.
