WCS Healthcare Partners is opening a brand-new Urology Center, offering a modern environment where a Nurse Practitioner can develop autonomy, manage a patient panel, and work under a physician mentor.

The role focuses on outpatient care with a manageable caseload and no night or weekend shifts; expect mentorship, surgical follow-up, and occasional hospital rounding as part of a supportive, innovative team.

Qualifications

• Valid NP license/certification
• Interest in Urology or relevant clinical experience
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong patient-centered communication skills
• Ability to manage an independent patient panel

Responsibilities

• Outpatient care at the Urology Center
• Manage your own patient panel
• Provide follow-up care for post-surgical patients
• Occasional hospital rounding as needed
• Maintain ~15 patients per day
• Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• No nights or weekends; limited call rotation (1:5–1:6)
• Mentorship from an experienced physician leader

Responsibilities

• Focus on outpatient care at the new Urology Center
• Manage your own panel of patients
• Provide follow-up care for post-surgical patients
• Perform occasional hospital rounding as needed
• Maintain an average patient volume of approximately 15 patients per day
• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• No nights, weekends, or major call burden
• Participate in telephone call rotation approximately 1:5 - 1:6
• Collaborate closely with an excellent teacher and mentor

Requirements
