Qualifications

• Active or eligible Arizona licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage chronic kidney disease in clinic settings.
• Collaborate with physicians to co-manage patient care.
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients and families.
• Manage ESRD related complications including hypertension and anemia.
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic studies.
