This role is designed as a Medical Director succession track with mentorship and gradual leadership responsibilities, alongside a strong team and a robust referral base serving both adult and pediatric populations.

The position emphasizes clinical leadership development, a sustainable call schedule (1:6 weekends and one weekday), and a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Urology.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in Medical Director track.
• Exceptional collaborative and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Join a well-established urology team of 3 physicians and 4 APPs with a robust referral base.
• Progress toward Medical Director responsibilities through mentorship and administrative exposure.
• Manage call coverage at 1:6 weekends and one weekday per week to maintain work-life balance.
