Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. in Pleasanton, California, seeks a results-driven Territory Sales Manager for the Jacksonville, FL area to drive CVAC adoption among physicians and to meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products, while maintaining territory plans and providing regular forecasts. The ideal candidate will have OR experience, strong relationships with urologists, a proven revenue track

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience; medical device experience preferred.
• Strong track record of over-delivering revenue vs sales plan.
• Proficient in navigating hospital and ASC product approval processes.
• Operating room experience required; urology product knowledge is highly desired
• Compliance with vaccination rules.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas in the defined area.
• Maintain a monthly and quarterly territory plan with objectives and risk areas.
• Provide monthly forecasts for the defined area.
• Communicate Calyxo’s value proposition to physicians and staff.
• Develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products and demonstrate high adoption.
• Build relationships with clinicians, hospitals, and KOLs in the region.
