Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Houston, TX area. You will drive adoption of CVAC technology among physicians and manage a strong pipeline to meet quarterly sales quotas.

The role requires a proven track record in outside sales, medical device experience, and the ability to travel frequently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with key physicians and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years outside sales or sales management experience.
• Medical device industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for Houston territory.
• Maintain territory plans and provide monthly forecasts.
• Communicate Calyxo's value proposition to physicians and facilities.
• Qualify, train, and develop accounts to drive adoption of CVAC technology.
• Build relationships with KOLs and key customers in the region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to optimize processes.
