Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Room patients during clinic visits.
• Perform in-house tests such as UA Dip, bladder ultrasound, and uroflows.
• Assist urologists with in-office procedures.
• Handle scheduling, calls, and patient communications.
• Obtain prior authorizations for imaging and prescriptions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and medical records.
• Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment.
• Support scribe with prescription refills and telephone encounters.
