The Urology Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Blue Ash office. The role supports urological services and performs essential administrative and clinical tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

You will collaborate with physicians and staff, greet patients, take vitals, assist with exams, perform phlebotomy, and manage patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with EMR and practice management solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments with physicians and staff.
• Greet patients and document medical history and vital signs.
• Assist with examinations and phlebotomy; perform basic lab tasks.
• Prepare medications with physician approval and manage room turnover.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Support new patient intake and education on care plans.
