The Urology Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Medical Assistant II to support urological services in a busy clinic. You will perform administrative and clinical tasks, coordinate patient appointments, record vitals, assist physicians, and help maintain patient records with HIPAA compliance.

This non-weekend, no-evenings role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including PTO and health coverage. Prior MA certification and BLS are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• BLS certification required.
• 6 months experience in a physician's office preferred.
• Urology experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments with physicians, nursing staff and other team members.
• Greet and prepare patients for examinations, document history and chief complaints.
• Perform vital signs, phlebotomy, basic lab tests and assist during exams.
• Prepare for imaging and physician procedures, maintain accurate records and patient logs.
