• Associate’s degree; Graduate from an accredited medical assistant/medical technologist school/program; Current CMA or RMA certification.

Aufgaben

• Greet and check-in patients, escort to exam room, record vitals and patient history.
• Enter, maintain, and report medical history in the EMR and assist with coding and claims.
• Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure cleanliness and patient privacy.
• Support providers with clinical tasks and delegated duties under supervision.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies for exam rooms.
• Coordinate referrals and insurance authorizations and relay information to pharmacies, labs, and imaging centers.
