Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enters, maintains, and reports medical history, medical coding, and files claims using EMR.
• Greet patients, escort to exam room, take vital signs, and support reason for visit and treatment.
• Sterilizes and prepares instruments; ensures exam rooms are clean, private, and ready for patients.
• Maintains inventory and stocks supplies for exam rooms.
• Manages inventory paperwork and reviews orders for completeness.
• Facilitates referrals and authorizations, and communicates with pharmacies, hospitals, labs.
