UROLOGIC ASSOC - BUTLER in Butler, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The role provides direct patient care under physician supervision, including assessments, treatments, medications, and education.

You will collaborate with physicians, ensure patient safety, perform point-of-care testing as ordered, and support quality improvement initiatives. Requires PA LPN license and BLS certification; on-site schedule with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current LPN license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct patient care under physician supervision and according to policy.
• Performs clinical tasks, treatments, and nursing assessments as ordered.
