GSK: Home is seeking a Urology Account Manager for the Miami / Stuart, FL region. This field-based role drives adoption of anti-infectives in urology accounts, engaging urologists, APPs, and clinic staff to optimize patient care and product utilization within approved indications.

The position requires building a territory business plan, delivering scientific presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute account plans and achieve sales targets in a dynamic market.

Formación

• The Urology Account Manager is accountable for appropriate product adoption across targeted Urology accounts.
• Developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state area and approved product.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated business plan to maximize sales and prioritize high-value customers and growth opportunities.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing and utilization within targeted accounts.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and the clinical rationale supporting the hospital-avoidance value proposition.
• Identify and address clinical, operational, behavioral, and process-related barriers impacting product adoption.
• Plan and organize activities to achieve call metrics, optimizing coverage and frequency to key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Develop in-depth product and account knowledge, staying informed about local and regional market trends.
