Job summary

Medicus Healthcare Solutions is partnering with a facility in eastern West Virginia to provide a Urologist on a contract assignment.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8a-4:30p with beeper call and 5 ORs onsite. Daily volume is about 13 patients, including consults, TURBTs, TURPs, stones, vasectomies, TRUS biopsies and scrotal cases.

Board-certified physicians are required, ACLS, BLS and DEA credentials are mandatory. Travel and lodging are paid, with licensing/credentialing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be board-certified
• ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
• EMR: CPRS system experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide consults and procedures including TURBTs, TURPs, stones, vasectomies, TRUS biopsies, and scrotal cases
• Manage daily patient volume and on-call duties as assigned
• Collaborate with PA and RN support staff for patient care
