Job summary

Urology Clinics of North Texas is seeking experienced Certified Medical Assistants to join our growing network of clinics across Dallas and North Texas. As a CMA, you will support physicians, schedule surgeries, manage patient flow and handle clinical tasks.

The role requires an active CMA certification, strong patient care skills, EMR experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position offers exposure to diverse urology cases across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Active CMA certification required.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems.
• Ability to perform phlebotomy, injections and specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and APPs with examinations and procedures.
• Schedule surgeries and maintain clinic workflow for efficient patient flow.
• Answer calls, document communications, and manage prescriptions in the EHR.
• Prepare exam rooms, stock supplies, and assist with specimens and lab tasks.
• Adhere to OSHA/CLIA requirements and maintain charting accuracy.
