United Urology Group in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Clinical Research Manager to oversee end-to-end clinical trials, ensure GCP compliance, and lead CRC training and study operations. You will manage budgets, sponsor communications, and regulatory filings while advancing urology-focused research.

You'll collaborate with administration, HR, and cross-functional teams to optimize study execution, data integrity, and patient safety, contributing to strategic growth and departmental excellence.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of GCP and clinical research regulations.
• Experience leading clinical research teams and trials.
• Familiarity with regulatory submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of clinical trials, including protocol and monitoring plans.
• Coordinate study subject management and inclusion/exclusion validation.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, and sponsor communications; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train CRCs and staff on GCP, documentation, and SOPs.
• Prepare regulatory documents and maintain trial files per guidelines.
• Provide regular reports to Administration and Research Committee on progress.
