Job summary

Duly Health and Care provides support to help you do your best work in an outpatient healthcare setting. This role performs urodynamic testing, PTNS, and other specialized urological procedures while educating and supporting patients for a comfortable, positive experience.

You will maintain equipment, ensure HIPAA compliance, document in the EMR, and collaborate with physicians, nurses and staff to optimize patient flow and care quality.

Qualifications

• Experience performing urodynamic testing and specialized urological procedures.
• Ability to educate and support patients through procedures.
• Familiarity with outpatient clinical operations and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform urodynamic testing, PTNS, and other specialized urological procedures.
• Educate and support patients for a comfortable, positive experience.
• Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot procedure equipment; ensure a safe clinical environment.
• Maintain infection prevention and HIPAA compliance; protect patient privacy.
