Job summary

Solaris Health in the United States seeks a Pathway Program Navigation Manager to lead development and optimization of clinical pathways across PCA, BCA, BPH and OAB. You will coordinate education, implement playbooks, and drive quality improvements to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure with uro-oncology/oncology experience, strong leadership, and collaboration with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and operations. Travel to affiliates is expected.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience in Uro-oncology and/or oncology.
• Ability to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, standardization, and optimization of enterprise-wide clinical pathway programs across affiliates and disease states.
• Develop and deliver education and training programs for navigation staff on PCA, BCA, BPH, OAB, and other clinical pathways.
• Provide leadership and oversight to nurse navigators and clinical team members to ensure compliance with pathways standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leaders, pharmacy teams, and operational stakeholders to integrate pathways into daily practice.
• Serve as subject matter expert for clinical pathways and navigation programs for affiliated practices.
• Monitor pathway adherence metrics and patient outcomes to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Identify barriers to pathway adoption and develop corrective action plans.
• Maintain and update pathway content and tools based on guidelines and evidence.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to drive quality improvement and ensure evidence-based care.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and affiliates.
