Urologic Specialists is seeking a Clinic Medical Assistant for a full-time, day-shift role in Oklahoma. You will assist providers, prepare patients for examinations, document vital signs, conduct basic lab tasks, and support administrative duties while maintaining a safe, patient-centered environment.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and healthcare experience; CMA or Phlebotomy cert is a plus.

Qualificações

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; CMA or Phlebotomy cert is a plus.
• Experience: Medical office or healthcare-related exposure required.
• Knowledge/Abilities: Excellent customer service and communication; strong data entry and EHR skills; familiarity with NextGen EHR is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Room patients and prepare them for examinations and procedures.
• Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, allergies, and medication reconciliation.
• Document patient information in the EHR and complete required documentation.
• Collect, process, and submit blood, urine, and other lab specimens.
• Perform point-of-care testing, including urinalysis and specimen prep.
• Administer injections and bladder instillations as permitted.
• Prepare patients for procedures and obtain consent forms.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Manage patient calls, messages, and EHR tasks.
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection control standards.
• Provide front-dDesk and registration support as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
