This onsite role at 400 Highland Avenue in Salem, MA involves leading by example, guiding staff, and maintaining efficient workflows in a busy outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Five to seven years of office experience required.
• Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning clinical administrative systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to support, guide, and collaborate with staff at all levels.
• Ability to adapt to multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and the needs of a fast-paced outpatient practice.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and accurate administrative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day practice operations by aiding workflow and troubleshooting.
• Orient and train team members; serve as a resource for scheduling, registration, and billing systems.
• Lead by example, mentor staff, and ensure a reliable, welcoming patient experience.
