United Urology Group in Colorado is seeking a compassionate Medical Assistant to support clinical care under physician supervision. The role covers direct and indirect patient care, infection control, inventory, and equipment maintenance.

You will prep exam rooms, collect vitals, assist with phlebotomy, injections, specimen processing, and coordinate with the clinical supervisor. Travel to other sites within a reasonable region is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education required.
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program or 1 year MA clinic experience required.
• Urology experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare daily exam rooms with necessary supplies for patient care.
• Escort patients, take vital signs, obtain urine samples and perform dip/urinalysis as indicated.
• Triager pharmacy requests, test results and medical questions; document outcomes in EHR.
• Maintain logs/records for OSHA/MOSHA; ensure sterilization/disinfection practices.
• Dispose of biomedical waste per policy; greet patients and visitors as needed.
