Job summary

Boston Scientific in the United States is seeking a Capital Sales Representative in the Urology division to drive revenue across capital equipment, service contracts, and disposables. You will support Regional Managers and Business Partners and coach field sales reps to align with regional and national goals.

Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans for new product launches, conducting customer meetings to demonstrate value, and coordinating with Contracting, Finance, and Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of capital equipment sales experience.
• Familiarity with the Urology customer base preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and credibility with local teams.
• Strong business acumen and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills across divisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Field Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to drive revenue across capital equipment, service contracts, and disposables.
• Coach Territory Managers and Business Partners through field rides and trainings to hit regional goals.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for new product launches and pricing packages.
• Conduct customer meetings to assess clinical requirements and secure purchasing commitments.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Partner with Contracting, Finance, and Sales Operations to streamline processes.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to guide strategy.
