Atrium Health is hiring two Advanced Practice Providers to join the Urology Cleveland team in Shelby, NC. The roles involve providing outpatient, inpatient, and OR care with a focus on compassionate, team-based care in a rural community.

Ideal candidates hold an NC NP or PA license with urology or surgical experience, and meet DEA and BLS requirements. The role offers CME support, performance incentives, and a collaborative, mentoring environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with 1+ urology or surgical experience.
• Current NC NP/PA license and DEA license required.
• BLS for healthcare providers from AHA required.
• Nurse practitioners: master’s or doctorate in nursing practice required; acute care NP for inpatient; family/adult NP for outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient/inpatient/OR care in the urology practice.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and patients/families.
• Assist with credentialing, privileging, and practice agreement adherence.
• Participate in weekly urology education conferences and residency program activities.
