Job summary

UNC Health in Raleigh, NC seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join the NC Urology team at Rex/UNC locations. The APP will support inpatient care, outpatient clinics, and OR coverage, collaborating with surgeons and a small APP team to deliver patient-centered urologic care.

Preferred candidates have urology experience; strong clinical skills, leadership, and education capabilities are valued. This per diem role offers daytime schedules and onsite work at two Rex/UNC facilities.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider program.
• Licensed as an APRN or PA in North Carolina.
• Board certification if required; DEA.

Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient consults, rounds, procedures, and care coordination.
• Provide outpatient clinic coverage for general urology and oncology.
• Educate patients and families; develop educational materials.
• Lead quality improvement projects and participate in committees.
• Perform clinical workflows to support surgeons and team.
