Job summary

Summa Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for Urology. This 1.0 FTE/40 hours role is primarily outpatient at the Akron Campus with occasional coverage at satellite locations. The team includes physicians and APPs; new grads are welcome to apply. No call, no weekends, and full benefits are offered.

Responsibilities include evaluation of urologic conditions, in-office procedures, diagnostic studies, prescribing medications, and patient education. Ohio license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio license as APRN or PA.
• Minimum one year APRN/PA experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with urologic conditions (BPH, stones, incontinence, etc.).
• Perform office-based procedures and order/interpret diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans.
• Provide patient education and counseling.
