Job summary

Summa Health is seeking an Green Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider in Uniontown, OH for full-time, benefit-eligible employment. The role is 100% outpatient in a multispecialty building with a flexible schedule (4x10s or 5 days/week) and normal business hours.

The ideal candidate is an APRN/PA with Ohio licensure, BLS, and a background in family or internal medicine; opportunities for leadership, education and research are noted within the department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physician Assistant program or MSN with advanced practice certification.
• Current Ohio APRN or PA license to practice.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops and advances advanced practice quality through direct patient care, leadership, consultation, education and research.
• Works to improve care processes and ensure quality of patient care.
• Coordinates with physicians, care managers, social workers and others to deliver services.
