Job summary

Academic Urology & Urogynecology of Arizona (AUUA) seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the urology team in Peoria, AZ. You will perform evaluations, order tests, and develop treatment plans with urologists in a private-practice setting.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with physicians, and on-going follow-up. Requires MSN or PA degree with active state licensure and DEA/DPS credentials.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or PA degree from an accredited program.
• Active and valid state medical license.
• DEA/DPS license.
• Urology experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete evaluations on patients of all ages.
• Order and interpret lab work, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
• Establish working diagnoses and develop treatment plans in collaboration with urologists.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and provide appropriate follow-up care.
• Refer to the supervising urologist or specialists as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
