Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners, via Central Ohio Urology Group, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to collaborate with physicians in delivering urology care. You will assess patients, perform exams, order tests, and initiate treatment plans per protocols.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited NP/PA program with board certification and current licensure, plus BLS. Two years of NP/PA experience are preferred; teaching and care coordination opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• AANP or ANCC/NCCPA board certification and state licensure.
• Two years NP/PA experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document advanced health history and conduct physical exams.
• Order or perform screening and diagnostic tests, analyze data, and act accordingly.
• Explain procedures to patient/family and provide teaching on preventive care.
• Assist in plan of care with various treatments and referrals.
• Identify and manage acute and chronic illnesses with physicians.
• Document assessments and care plans per standards.
